Create a free account
Sign up with your email or your Google account. It takes about a minute, and no card is needed.

Add what you sell
Scan a product's barcode or type its name, then add your price and how many you have. Start with your best sellers and add the rest as you go.

Sell as you normally do
Scan or search for the item, then take cash, transfer or both. For customers who pay later, give them an invoice instead.

Let it keep count
Every sale comes off your stock and adds to today's sales, with nobody counting or adding up. OsemFlow tells you what's running low and shows who owes you.
All you need is a phone, tablet or computer with internet. A barcode scanner is optional, because your phone's camera works too. You can also install OsemFlow like any other app.

Each staff member has their own login. Nobody can change a price at the counter, every sale shows who made it, and each shift ends with a summary of cash, transfers and other payments.
Stop goods expiring on the shelf
You find expired stock during a count, when it's too late.
Add expiry dates when goods arrive. OsemFlow keeps each batch separate, counts sales against the one that expires first, and warns you before anything goes out of date.

The free plan has no time limit and needs no card. It covers 2 users (including you), 50 products and 5 invoice customers. Paid plans start at ₦9,200 a month, billed yearly, and raise those limits.

Do I need a computer?
No. OsemFlow works in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and you can install it on your phone like any other app.
Does it work without internet?
No. It needs a connection to record a sale. That's what keeps every phone and till showing the same stock count.
Is it hard to learn?
Staff who sell open straight onto the selling screen: scan or search, take payment, done. If you get stuck, call or email us on weekdays.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No time limit and no card. If you need more than it allows, OsemFlow tells you, and you decide whether to upgrade.
Is my business information safe?
Your records are backed up continuously, and we practise restoring them every three months. OsemFlow staff cannot open your sales, products or customer records.
